Returns or replacement requests must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Custom-made, bulk, or special-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during delivery.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
